Terms and Conditions
Billing: We keep your billing information safely and securely encrypted in our special point of sale system. You will receive an email prior to the release informing you of the club release price and the date your card will be charged.
Commitment: Because our members receive the biggest discounts and exclusive membership benefits – we ask for a commitment of six months (2-3 releases) prior to your sign up.
There is no fee to join and no addition/hidden fees during your membership.
Refund Policy
At The Oregon Wine LAB, we’re passionate about bringing you delicious wines. While we strive for excellence, we understand things don’t always go to plan. Here’s our refund policy.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only available for our latest wine release (the "Latest Release"). Refunds don’t apply to any previous wine releases.
- Requests must be made within 7 days after being charged for your release and prior to pick up or shipping.
- Gift memberships are non-refundable.
How to Get a Refund:
- Shoot us a message at info@oregonwinelab.com within the 7 day window to let us know you’d like a refund.
- Once approved, we’ll refund your original payment method.
What About Damaged or Wrong Orders?
- If you’ve received damaged wine or the wrong order, no worries! Get in touch straight away, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund for the affected items, including shipping.
By joining our Wine Club, you agree to the above refund terms. We’re here to help if you have any questions or need assistance—just give us a shout!
Other Info: Due to the limited quantity of some of the wines released, O.W.L. reserves the right to exchange releases that are 6 months or older for the current vintage or for something of similar value.
