This is a great representation of Willamette Valley Pinot Gris. Loaded with flavors of freshly cut pears, starfruit, and lemon peel; this young and vibrant wine is easy-drinking and delicious. It’s clean and fruity, with balanced acidity and a hint of minerality. Remarkably versatile, pairing well with a variety of cheeses (give one of our cheese board a try!) or a spicy dish from Da Nang!

Our 2022 Prohibition Rose Rosé is our take on the classic Provence style rosé.  A blend of Grenache, Pinot Noir and just a splash of Pinot Gris. We know you've missed Rose and she is back just in time for the long, hot days ahead of us. Notes of watermelon, pink apple and raspberry on the nose carry over to a juicy mid palate with an innate freshness on the finish. This wine pairs with poolside, riverside and lakeside sunshine; whatever you fancy.

The aromatic profile of this wine is not shy and neither are we!  Grapes sourced from Elhanan Vineyard just West of Eugene, this wine filled the cellar with its delightfully ripe and distinctly floral nose during Harvest.  100% Stainless steel ferment stopped with just the right ammount of fruit and sweetness it was a marvelously fun "Baby" to make.

Bold notes of mango, orange peel, jasmine flower and nectarine are everywhere from the nose to the palate to the finish. This wine begs for a pairing of a spice driven food. (Think curries, level 5 Thai, stuffed jalapeños and buffalo wings.)

Dry, but crisp; light, but full of light fruit flavor. This Riesling opens up with tropical fruit notes - think guava and passionfruit, with hints of jasmine & lemon blossom on the nose.

Bone-dry, light, and perfec for breakfast or a warm Summer evening.

An approachable red blend made in a Solera style-aging: a current blend of new varietals mixed with those of the previous blend. The current blend is predominantly Tempranillo & Primitivo. Medium body with a nice smooth, balanced-tannin finish.

This evolving blend spans all of Oregon’s AVAs.
